My journey began in Haiti, where I grew up surrounded by the rich flavors, traditions, and vibrant culture of the Caribbean.

Some of my fondest memories are connected to the foods that brought families and communities together. From the aroma of freshly brewed Haitian coffee to the distinctive taste of traditional peanut butter, these flavors have always held a special place in my heart.

After coming to the United States, I realized that finding authentic Haitian and Caribbean products was not always easy. I wanted to change that.

That inspiration led me to establish Authentic Caribbean Products LLC (ACP), a business dedicated to bringing the authentic tastes of Haiti and the Caribbean to customers across America.

My vision goes beyond selling food products. I want to preserve our culinary heritage, celebrate our culture, and introduce people from all backgrounds to the wonderful flavors of the Caribbean.
